Lifetime Warranty Registration Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Lifetime warranty registration is available to customers who have purchased Untethered products through authorized channels. Registration must be completed within [30 days] of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Each purchase is eligible for one warranty registration per product.
How to Register
Complete the lifetime warranty registration form with your name, email address, and valid Untethered order ID. By registering, you agree to receive email communications about your warranty, product updates, and promotional offers.
Warranty Coverage
The lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Untethered will repair or replace the product (at its discretion) for the original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.
Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers or non-retail channels. Accessories, promotional items, limited edition, or free gifts may not be covered under lifetime warranty.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, contact Untethered at info@untetheredshop.com with your:
- Name
- Proof of Purchase (Order ID)
- Description of the Issue
You may be required to provide photos or return the product for inspection. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products; replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
Non-Transferable
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Modification / Cancellation
Untethered reserves the right to amend or terminate the warranty program at any time, with or without notice, except for warranties already registered and in force.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Untethered’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the warranted product. Untethered will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the product.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used to administer your product warranty and send updates in accordance with Untethered’s Privacy Policy.
